Background Information
The birth place of Abel Werreh is Yeghe in Gokana Local Government Area.Yeghe is one of the Ogoni Towns in the Rivers State of Nigeria.In 1990-1992 Abel Werreh was training in Nigeria Christian Bible College Ukpom Abak in Akwa Ibom Stake as a Pastor.There,he met with some missionary Nurses from the United States of America,Carthy Cox and wife of Henry Huffard president AFRICAN Christian Schools Foundation Tenisee.Those Nurses were organising periodical outreaches to Ukpom village.On their outreaches,they visited the sick in Ukpom community and gave them,free medications and dressed thier wunds.The compassion work of those Nurses was a guide to the burden Abel Werreh had for his people the Ogonis in the Niger Delta Region of Nigeria.In 1993 Abel Werreh got admission into Rivers State School of Nursing Port Harcourt preparing himself for compassion work for the less previlleged people.He graduated from School of Nursing in 1996 and founded the ABEL HOSPITALITY MINISTERIES INTERNATIONAL

He organised his professional colleagues and doctors from Braithewaite Memorial Hospital and University of Portharcourt Teaching Hospital Port Harcourt Nigeria and they had the very first medical misssion in his birth place Yeghe in 1996.As time went on,the organisation continue to request for services of Volunteer professionals.The organisation have planned medical missions in various communities in Ogoni,Rivers State,Bayelsa State,touching the lives of 500,000 people from 1996-2010.The primary beneficiaries of our services are rural dwellers in Africa.Our work has cut across Africa.We have a number of Affiliate Organisations in Nigeria and South Africa
